We need water to survive. Every celltissue, and organ in our body needs water to work properly. For example, we use water to maintain our temperature, remove waste, and lubricate our joints. Water is needed for overall good health.Staying hydrated in warmer weather can be a challenge.

But there are some other ways to get your water intake. Here are some drinks & snacks you can use to stay hydrated, according to My Fitness Pal.
