Every Thursday morning at 7:15am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City brings in the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.

If you are thinking about adding a pet to your family, please consider adopting from the Humane Society of Ocean City, a no-kill shelter recognized as one of the nation’s top ten animal shelters.

This week met Blynken and Nod the cats. Blynken is a back & white domestic short hair and Nod is a  white tabby....

Here is some information on Blynken and Nod from the Humane Society of Ocean City:

“Both are about 1 year old and were found under the boardwalk when they were kittens.

Blyken and Nod are very playful and affectionate and are good with other dogs and cats. We believe that the two of them would be good in any family setting as long as they stay together since they are so attached.

With our adoption fee reduction you can adopt the two of the for $60.00 and they are up to date with their vaccines and receive a lifetime discount to our veterinary center.
Big News- We are extending our reduced adoption fees for cats through the end of July."

If you would like to visit Blynken and Nod or need more information about any animal up for adoption at The Humane Society of Ocean City, call 609-398-9500 or stop in any day between 11a-3p.
