This week we met Oakley the dog…
Here is some information on Oakley from the Humane Society of Ocean City:
“Oakley is a bulldog mix who is about two years old. He is an adorable guy with lots of personality! Outgoing, funny, playful, and inquisitive, Oakley is enjoys both a raucous playtime and lots of snuggles and belly-rubs. He has good energy for walking and playing, though can get tuckered out in short time. Playing fetch with the big tennis ball is his favorite game!
Oakley is a friendly fellow, though can be a bit shy just at first. Nom-noms and belly-rubs are a quick path to his trust! He loves to be petted, gets along with other doggies (visit depending), and likes almost everyone he meets. He can be rough when he plays, and is learning to walk good on a leash. He knows sit and (sometimes) paw, and is learning to stay. He works equally well for food or affection, though the latter may induce an “bekly offering”!
Oakley is looking for a home with moderately active people who want a companion for play and relaxation. Other pets may be fine, though children should be older (15 and up). Oakley would love to spend time with you creating memories and sharing the love!"
