South Jersey's commemoration of National Cancer Survivors Day will again feature the release of over one hundred butterflies this Saturday, June 2nd at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Cancer Care Center in Egg Harbor Township.  The second annual "Wings of Hope Butterfly Release" by cancer survivors and their loved ones  is sponsored by AtlantiCare and Gilda's Club South Jersey. 

The 8th Annual Lite Rock Easter Egg Hunt, was the social event of the season for the ten and under crowd, despite the cloudy weather at South Jersey’s Field of Dreams in Absecon.  Kids had a blast collecting eggs, getting candy, jumping in the Petrosh Big Top Jumpy, facepainting, and taking pictures with the Easter Bunny...

One of the first things I did after joining Lite Rock during  the holiday season of 2004 was  to organize a group of listeners and friends to visit South Jersey hospitals and sing Christmas carols...

Lite Rock salutes “The Living Room” at the AtlantiCare Cancer Care Institute on English Creek Avenue in Egg Harbor Township.  The Living Room is a satellite of Gilda’s Club South Jersey.
