According to NJ.com, Bon Jovi and his good friend Phil Murphy, the governor of New Jersey, are helping the students at Rutgers University - Newark campus with a “community restaurant.” The restaurant, JBJ Soul Kitchen, is located at Paul Robeson Campus Center at the university.

This is the first non-profit restaurant that is at a college campus but not the first one that Bon Jovi has opened, according to NJ.com. The other non-profit locations are in Red Bank and Toms River.

There are a lot of great things coming from the JBJ Soul Kitchen. It was mentioned on NJ.com that food on the menu doesn't have a price but students are encouraged to make a $12 donation. If by any chance you can not make the $12 donation you are able to volunteer at the restaurant or on campus.
