There’s a new info graphic that reveals how long it takes to burn off your favorite junk food.

According to the dailymail.com, for a piece a chocolate cake women need to do 178 minutes of cardio or 237 minutes of weightlifting just to burn it off, while men would need to do 149 minutes of cardio or 199 minutes of weightlifting.

Men would need to do 42 minutes of cardio or 57 minutes of weightlifting after they eat a Big Mac, while women would need to do 51 minutes of cardio or lift weights for 68 minutes.
