Good News for Atlantic City Casino Revune

The numbers are out for Atlantic City Casino operating profits and the news is very encouraging.

The increase in gross operating profits and a higher occupancy rate for hotel rooms rose to 45% for 2014.

Some of the big gainers for the year include: Golden Nugget, Tropicana Casino and Resort, Resorts Casino Hotel and Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Seven of the eight casinos left standing in 2014 reported positive operating profits according to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

AC's hotel occupancy rate for the year was also up close to 3 percent over 2013. Hope this is a good sign for Atlantic City in 2015!
