According to a new list from Open Table, Atlantic City comes in at Number 1as the most romantic city in the country. The list was comprised based on the following factors from Open Table: Percentage of restaurants rated romantic, percentaage of tables for two and the percentage of people who had dinner out on Valentine's Day.
