Super Bowl XLIX will take place at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona between the Seattle Seahawks and  the New England Patriots.  Here are some super facts about The Big Game:

Super Bowl Sunday is the second-largest day for consumption of food and drink in the U.S. behind only Thanksgiving.

Top food choices include dips and spreads followed by chicken wings, popcorn & pizza. We'll eat more than 1.25 billion chicken wings and more than 325 million gallons of beer will be consumed.

The cheapest ticket you'll find is around $800. Tickets at game time could top $5000.  Tickets for the first Super Bowl in 1967 sold for $6.

Last year’s blowout win by Seattle over Denver was watched by a record 111.5 million viewers, making it the most-watched TV program in American history.

A 30-second commercial during the game will  cost an estimated $4.5 million.

$100 million will be bet legally on the game in Las Vegas.
