Some Super Silly Bets You Can Make on the Big Game

The Super Bowl is Sunday and the big game is expected to attract $100 million in wagers for New Jersey’s sports-books in the first year that gamblers can legally place bets on games at Atlantic City's casinos.

Overall, Americans are expected to bet a record $6 billion on this year's game. And much of that $6 billion won't be spent on just whether the winner will be the Los Angeles Rams or the New England Patriots – it will go towards prop bets.

Prop bets are placed either before or during a game on things like the length of the national anthem or who scores the first touchdown.

As the popularity of prop bets has increased, the bets offered have gotten more extreme.
