Plans to sell the shuttered casino have fallen through once again. The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel has been vacant since closing its doors in 2014. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the current owner has officially cancelled the pending sale of the casino to a Philadelphia based company.

The property of the former Atlantic Club is owned by a company based in Florida called TJM properties. The company also denied the sale, according to the report.

Deals have fallen through before for the shuttered casino. A development group based in Ventnor wanted to turn the casino into a water park in 2017 and Stockton University in 2014 also showed interest in purchasing the property.
