A report from job recruiting website, Glassdoor, has found Airbnb is number one as the best place to work in 2016.

The home-sharing company did not appear on the list last year, but now it’s pushed Google out of the top spot for 2016.

The report ranks companies by scores they receive from their own employees.

Airbnb rakes in $500 million to $1 billion a year, and it offers employee perks like quarterly travel vouchers, in-house yoga, extensive medical and dental benefits, and generous vacation breaks.

Here’s a look at the top ten this year:

1. Airbnb
2. Bain & Company
3. Guidewire
4. Hubspot
5. Facebook
6. Linkedin
7. Boston Consulting Group
8. Google
9. Nestlé Purina PetCare
10. Zillow
