Here are some helpful tips on how to live longer.  According to a recent article  you should consider doing this for healthy living...

Don't retire...  I know it sounds tempting to just hang around all day an do nothing but, evidence shows when people stop working abruptly, obesity and chronic disease symptoms sky rocket.

Floss every day. Really? Really... A study showed the daily flossing reduced the amount of gum disease causing bacteriea in the mouth. The bacteria can enter you bloodstream and possibly trigger inflmation in the ateries. So, don't forget to floss everyday.

Get at least six hour of sleep.. I wish i could get even more!  Adding more sleep to your day could add years to your life.

Be less neurotic... (I need to work on this...) Find better ways to manage when you're feeling stressed. Exercise, maybe deep breathing while your in front of your computer.
