Some area youngsters are in need of our help. A trailer filled with gear for an upcoming youth gymnastics competition was stolen Sunday night from right in front of the Art of Gymnastics and Cheer Studio on Route 47 in Rio Grande.

The owners of the gym studio have  asked me to spread the word to see if we can find it. Please look at the attached photo (note: the trailer did NOT have the chalk writing on it at the time it was stolen) and read the following letter I received.  And if you've seen the trailer, please contact the Middle Township police at 609-465-8700.

Dear Eddie,

Thank you in advance for any help you can give us, The trailer was stolen Sunday April 22 around 11:00pm from the property of Art of Gymnastics and Cheer. Our Studio is located on Rte 47 in Rio Grande. It is a enclosed black single axle trailer approx 6' by 12'  bearing NJ license plates TGVU7P. This trailer held all the props used for dance competitions. We have a competition coming up on May 19th and 20th. Needless to say we have quite a few heart broken little kids who consider the studio their second home, many of them spend 5 nights a week and most weekends practicing for competitions and having to explain to them that all their hard work has been in vain is very difficult. If anyone has any information they can contact Middle Township Police Dept 609-465-8700. Thank you so very much for anything that you can do and hopefully we will be able to get these kids to their competition in May.

Sincerely,

KelliAnn Muller
