Common Sense Tips to Keep Your Cool in the Heat Wave

A heat wave is defined as a three day period with temperatures above 90 degrees, something we will easily achieve this week in South Jersey. 

Add in a heaping helping of humid weather and an air quality advisory and you have all the ingredients for a dangerous, heat-related situation.

It's a good idea to take a moment to review the proper ways to avoid some of the many problems you or your family could face because of the excessive heat.
