Christmas Classic, Miracle on 34th Street, Hi-Lites Week of Holiday TV

Miracle on 34th street, the 1947 classic movie story of Santa Claus on trial, is this week's holiday TV main attraction.  The film, one of the first to be colorized back in the 80's, is a American Film Institute top ten film... in the classic category.   It features the movie debut of  8 year-old Natalie Wood.  Miracle on 34th Street airs Tuesday on AMC.  Here's a rundown of this week's holiday TV...

Monday (12/12)" Hollywood Christmas Parade"  (6p.m. on Hallmark Channel).  Marie Osmond is Grand Marshal for the Southern California parade  and Erik Estrada co-hosts.

Tuesday (12/13)" Kung Fu Panda Holiday Special" (6:30 p. m. on ABC Family)  Po faces a conflict as host of the Winter Feast.

Thursday (12/15) "A Chipmunk Christmas" (6p.m. on ABC Family) Alvin gives his harmonica to a sick child.

- "Miracle on 34th Street" (8 p.m. on AMC)  A court must decide if a Macy's Santa is the real deal.

Friday (12/16) "Mickey's Christmas Special" (6p.pm. on ABC Family) Disney holiday tale.
