Check Out Rod Stewart’s Son! Is He A Future Hockey Star?

17 -year-old Liam Stewart, the son of Rod Stewart and supermodel Rachael Hunter is making a name for himself as an ice hockey player.  Stewart is a member of the Spokane Chiefs of the WHL, a top-tier junior hockey league that includes teams in western Canada and the U.S. northwest.  In  game six of a playoff series Monday night, Liam... Stewart scored the winning goal in overtime against the Tri-City Americans to force a decisive game seven in the series.  On the team's website, the younger Stewart credited luck with his winning shot, saying he simply “closed his eyes and hoped for the best”.

Although his mother is from New Zealand and his famous rocker dad is from England, Liam grew up in Southern California.    He remains humble about his famous parents, saying, "I'm privileged to have parents like that.  I've traveled the world, but I never thought of myself different from anybody else in the room."
