There have been many stories written about pizza.

Here in Jersey, we take our pizza seriously.

Pizza is a part of the culture in New Jersey, and we're proud of that.

When we discuss pizza, we speak of our favorite toppings, and true New Jersey pizza aficionados agree that pineapple on a pizza should be outlawed.

However serious we are about our pizza, maybe there's room for some creativity.  Do we take our pizza too seriously?

Maybe, just maybe, we can open our minds to try something a little different with our pizza.  We can let our inhibitions down and try some new approaches to pizza.

A look at their menu reveals a host of creations only a demented mind can think of, but it works.

Religious Pizza

For instance, if you're looking for a religious touch, they offer The Jewish Cowboy. 8-hour burnt-end brisket, Passover sauce, dry aged mozzarella, babushka beet horseradish, and havarti.  Oy!

Or for the Catholic crowd, there's Pope Leo X.  They describe this pizza as,  pink vodka, f#!k-tons of smoked cup & char pepperoni, dry aged & smoked mozzarella, and pesto ranch.

Crazy Pizza Combinations

Then there's always Grumpy Gramps, a sesame crust, short-rib meatball, spicy marinara, fresh, smoked & dry-aged mozzarella, pecorino, and basil.

In the mood for Spanish?  You might like the Ay Dios Mio Mac.  This bad boy features Chipotle, mac-n-cheese, dry-aged mozzarella, queso Oaxaca string cheese, and cilantro.

Unusual yes.  Fun?  Absolutely.  Most importantly, the pizza is good.  Oh, and none have pineapple on top.
