Mays Landing Man Dies in Crash

A local man died in a one-car crash on RT. 322 in Hamilton Township Tuesday morning, according to Hamilton Township Police.

On 6/28/2016 at 10:25 am, the Township of Hamilton Police Department responded to Route 322 and Malaga Road for a motor vehicle crash.

Investigation revealed that a 2010 Toyota Tundra was traveling westbound on the Black Horse Pike when the vehicle left the roadway. The vehicle traveled over a grass median and entered the woods where it struck a tree.

The driver, Bruce Kienzle, age 60, of Mays Landing was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.

The Mays Landing Rescue Squad, AtlantiCare Paramedics, Weymouth and Mizpah Fire Departments and the NJ State Medical Examiner all assisted at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
