Mary Lee, the enormous and popular great white shark is back and this time she's less than a mile off this South Jersey beach. 

In the last month, Mary Lee has been spotted off the coastal waters of Virginia to just off of Long Island. This time around, Mary Lee is less than a mile off the coast of Avalon. You can always keep track of Mary Lee at ocearch.org.

Mary Lee's first visit to  the Jersey Shore came in early May. Her path included tracking from from Cape May to LBI. She made another visit to the waters off of South Jersey one week later.

Mary Lee tips the scales at a whopping 3,456-pounds and she's traveled over 20,000 miles since the summer of 2012.
