Sea Isle City Octoberfest

On Saturday, October 20, the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce and Revitalization will host their annual Octoberfest celebration at Excursion Park, JFK Boulevard and the Promenade, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Octoberfest’s family-friendly activities will include free hayrides on the beach, live music by the Philadelphia German Brass Band, craft and specialty vendors, food vendors, an entertaining magic show, and free children’s fun, such as face painters and inflatable bounce houses.

Octoberfest will also feature a popular Pie-Baking Contest, which will take place inside The Braca Café on JFK Boulevard. Pies of any type can be entered; pies from professional kitchens will not be accepted. Entries will be judged on taste, appearance and consistency. Prizes will be awarded to the bakers of the top three winning pies. Winners need not be present.
