Operation First Response Walk For The Wounded

Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG will be at Operation First Response Walk For The Wounded at the Ocean City Music Pier on Saturday, September 29th. Registration begins at 8:30am, ceremony at 9:30 and walk begins at 10am.
Festivities at the walk include a performance by The TidalWave band, The Ocean City High School marching band will lead the walkers down the boardwalk from the Music Pier to 14th Street, Michelle Dawn Mooney of TV40 will sing the National Anthem and The Ocean City American Legion will act as color guard and retire colors.
All adults raising $50 or more receive a t-shirt (while supplies last). All children raising $10 or more will receive a wristband for Gillian’s Wonderland Pier. Two amazing soldiers are scheduled to speak at the walk. Their stories are amazing and we have even arranged a surprise for one of them that is guaranteed to move everyone in attendance
