On June 9th Join Together Atlantic County will be sponsoring a substance abuse prevention coalition at Egg Harbor Township High School Auditorium from 6-8pm. Representatives from the following sectors will be speaking: Parents, teens, recovery, school, EMT, law enforcement, and treatment. Harry Hurley will be moderating the panel in order to address particular issues with prescription drugs and heroin abuse as Atlantic County holds four of the Top 45 towns in New Jersey with the largest number of reported heroin and opiate cases. Join Together Atlantic County is an open forum for all Atlantic County residents ages 12 and up with no registration required.
