The United Filipino Community Movement is holding a benefit concert at St. Katharine Drexel Church in Egg Harbor Township, on November 22, 2013 at 6:30 p.m.. The concert ticket are $25.
The concert will feature two vocalist singing song of different genre, from Broadway to pop music. The main performers are Kirby Asunto and Resty Yongco. Local band will also be performing, Heatwave: Lloyd Florano, Alan Padayhag, Ritchie Besas, Danny Tangalin, Ronan Galarita.
The money will go to non-government organizations working directly with the victim of the hurricane Haiyan. These organizations are front line workers, who also volunteered and donated both time and supplies to reach out to the victims carrying food, water, and medical supplies.
