Each year in the United States, more than 30,000 people are diagnosed with disease that requires a transplant.  Patients range in age from newborn to older adults, and have diseases such as Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkins, Disease, Multiple Myeloma, a multitude of varied MPN’s or inherited genetic disorders. The Blood & Marrow Transplant Information Network Organization is hosting this year’s “Celebrating a Second Chance At Life” 2-day educational symposium that will be held at the Meadowlands Hilton in East Rutherford, New Jersey on September 13th & 14th.  Please note new address BMT Infonet 2310 Skokie Valley Road, Suite 104, Highland Park, Il 60035. This empowering 2 day program will provide stem cell transplant survivors and their families the opportunity to hear the latest research and ongoing treatments for survivors’ post-transplant. Registration Fees for survivors and family members $40 each until September 1, 2014, thereafter $50 each. For attendees who are not survivors or family members $185.
