Atlantic County Taxpayers to Get Refund! See What You Are Due
Here's some good tax news for South Jersey taxpayers for a change.
The Atlantic County Board of Taxation says they mistakenly overcharged taxpayers on taxes for the county library and public health taxes in 2014 and the first tax bills in 2015 will include a refund..
According to The Press of Atlantic City, the amount of the refund will differ in each municipality, but as an example, residents of Egg Harbor Township will receive an average refund of $33.55.
Okay, so it's not enough to get too excited about, but every little bit helps.
