Accident in EHT Hurts Two Children [VIDEO]

A two-car crash was responsible for sending two small children to the hospital early this afternoon.The accident occured around 12:45 PM at the intersection of Tilton Road and Uibel Avenue. The impact of the two cars sent two small children to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, Trauma Center. The children, ages five and one, sustained moderate injuries.

The crash closed the intersection for more than an hour as police cleared the scene and investigated the accident.  Eastbound Washington Avenue from Uibel Avenue remains closed for repairs.
