Hobby Lobby announced this week that they're raising their minimum wage for employees working full-time hours to $17 an hour. According to a press release, the craft store retail chain has always prided itself on setting incredibly high standards on how employees are treated throughout the retail industry. In fact, they were one of the first to raise their minimum wage to $15 an hour a few years back. Only now are many other retailers following suit.

Now, take note that the pay increase is for those working full-time. It appears as though employees working only part-time will not receive the raise. Employees working full time hours also apparently enjoy some pretty sweet benefits, too. You can read the full press release including a detailed list of benefits offered by Hobby Lobby HERE.
