Hot dog lovers rejoice! This Saturday, July 23rd we will celebrate the informal holiday known as National Hot Dog Day.

According to Wikipedia, a hot dog is a cooked sausage which can be grilled or steamed and served in a sliced bun as a sandwich. The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council has designated the month of July as National Hot Dog Month and July 23rd as National Hot Dog Day!
