When I found out my new favorite Guinness World Record was actually from 2017, I wondered how I got so far behind the curve on this one.  Well, better late than never.

Toby set a Guinness World Record by popping a whopping 100 balloons faster than any other pup on the planet - completing the task in just 39.08 seconds!
