New Jersey State Police announced Monday that the  woman killed in a crash Friday in South Jersey has been identified as a Vineland resident who was on her way to work as a  Public Safety Telecommunicator for the State Police.

The accident, involving three vehicles, apparently happened when a 17-year-old driver of one of the vehicles failed to yield.

Renee Wright, 26, was killed when the teen driving on Flyatt Road in Tabernacle failed to yield to traffic and struck her Hyundai, police said.

The impact caused Wright's vehicle to spin, and it then was hit by a vehicle traveling southbound on Route 206, according to police.

One other driver sustained injuries that weren't considered life-threatening, police said.

The State Police remembered Wright Monday with this post on their Facebook page...
