Trump Gets Showboat Ultimatum

The Atlantic City Council has put Trump Entertainment Resorts on a one day notice.

Lawyers for the company have one day to start working on a resolution on the convenant dispute involving the plan to turn the former Showboat Casino Hotel into Stockton University’s new Island Campus. The Council also put on hold for a week, the consideration of a redevelopment plan and resolution, which would ban the property from being used as a casino.

The next council meeting is set for May 6th. The Council has all but promised that bills will be passed. Check back for more updates.
