Cardiac rehabilitation is medically supervised program designed to help improve your cardiovascular health if you have experienced heart attack, heart failure, angioplasty or heart surgery.

Cardiac rehab combines exercise and education that will help get your body moving and promote heart health.  The program will also help you manager risk factors and medications to help prevent another heart incident.

If you or someone you know is recovering from a heart event, ask your doctor if you are eligible for a cardiac rehabilitation program. It can help reduce your risk of future heart issues and increase your risk of a healthier life.  Robin Stoloff talks with Ron Franceschini, Director of Cardiac/Pulmonary Services at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in her weekly

show, Living Well With Robin Stoloff on Lite Rock  96.9 WFPG Sundays 9-11am.
