Gov. Chris Christie has given the order for all of New Jersey's state flags lowered to half-staff for the victims in the shooting rampage who lost their lives.      

NJ. Com reports, The Governor signed an executive order for all state buildings to fly flags at half-staff to honor the eight college students and one teacher at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. Christie called the act senseless and devastating.

According to the Governor,  "It is appropriate to recognize the victims, to honor their memories, and to mark their passing."
