It is becoming the newest epidemic among our teens.  Millions of high school and middle students are now vaping, which is the use of electronic cigarettes.  After decades of education, cigarette smoking was finally decreasing among our youth, only to be replaced by this new habit.  Vaping has practically eliminated all the advancements we have made in reducing nicotine addiction, and it is growing at an alarming rate.  As a mother of two teens, I am very concerned about this issue, which prompted me to research and write this article.  If you are a parent of a teenager, here is what you need to know about e-cigarettes and vaping and how it can affect your child.
