    WATER AEROBICS

    JCC - Margate

Think of working out, except with water aerobics you are working out in a pool. Your body is tested by the resistance of water when doing standard forms of exercise. You can lift weights, kick, or even swim around to workout your entire body. Your muscles will most definitely be sore after doing this for the first time.

    PADDLE BOARDING

Stand-Up Paddle Board - Cape May

This is for those who like a laid back atmosphere. However, don't be fooled by the slower pace. Stand up paddleboarding does a lot more for your body than you might think. Maintaining balance for a long time does wonders for your body. Working out doesn’t always have to be super fast. Paddle boarding is an example of that. Look out for Baycats in Ocean City or Stand-Up Paddle Board in Cape May.
