Someone purchased a Powerball ticket at the Lukoil station on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township (next to the English Creek ShopRite) for the drawing on the 4th of July. One ticket sold there matched four white balls and the Powerball -- and the ticket was bought with the Powerplay option -- which means someone is now $30,000 richer!
