The 12th annual Atlantic City Airshow is set to go this Wednesday, August 13th. Last year more than 400,000 enjoyed Thunder Over The Boardwalk. Officials are expecting a much bigger crowd with the return of The U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds and The U.S. Army Golden Knights.

The Airshow begins at 10 AM with the last pass between 3 and 4 PM. The U.S. Coast  Guard Search & Rescue Demonstration is scheduled for 12:30. The Geico Skytypers & Geico Speedboat Race will start at 1:20.

The US ARMY Golden Nights are scheduled to start at 2:40 PM followed by the USAF Thunderbirds at 3PM.

The center of the airshow will be on the boardwalk at Florida Ave. You can watch and enjoy the airshow from all the beaches, the boardwalk and the Steel Pier.

The Wave parking garage at Mississippi and Fairmount Avenues will feature rates of $7 for up to eight hours and $10 after eight hours during the airshow. The surface lot across the street  will have $10 parking from 8AM to 8PM.

You can also take a shuttle from the Atlantic City Expressway's surface lot next to the Pleasantville Tolls. Shuttles will run from 9AM until 5PM. Shuttles will also be available at Bader Field.

If you plan on watching the show from the beach or boardwalk you may want to consider bringing sunscreen, snacks and water, sunglasses, cameras, binoculars, beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas and hats.

Don't forget to look for us at the 4th Annual Atlantic City Salutes America’s Armed Forces Parade, Monday, August 11th at 6pm on the AC Boardwalk! The parade kicks off the festivities for the 2014 Atlantic City Airshow!
