Finally! Here's an answer to THE Thanksgiving travel question that's been on everyone's mind. Can you pack a turkey in your airplane carry-on bag?

OK, maybe I'm overstating the importance of this question a little bit and sorry for the slightly misleading photo of a live turkey on this post. But he is cute, isn't he?

We are talking about a a cooked turkey.

But the question remains. Can you pack the family's Thanksgiving turkey in your luggage? And, of course, the answer is ....yes.

Wait.... yes?

The TSA is allowing passengers to pack a cooked turkey in their carry-on luggage.

On the TSA’s website it says passengers can also pack stuffing, side dishes and desserts in their carry-on bags.

All items still need to follow all rules about packing liquid in suitcases.
