Your new Miss America is Miss Arkansas, Savvy Shields! Shields was declared the winner last night in the pageant finals held at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall, and broadcast on ABC-TV.

Miss America Competition has just signed a new three-year contract with ABC TV. The new contract will bee be good through 2018.  Will Atlantic City still be the home for the pageant in 2016?
