In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we're offering our "luckiest" promotion ever!

All of us at Lite Rock 96.9 were ecstatic to hear that the Insane Inflatable 5K is returning to South Jersey for another round of bouncy, hysterical fun! We are thrilled to once again invite you to come bounce with us in 2017.

Hundreds of participants conquered the Insane Inflatable 5K obstacle course on Saturday. Hopefully you had as much fun as we did climbing, bouncing and running through the race!

Despite the high temperatures and humidity, thousands turned out to take on the new obstacles at the Insane Inflatable 5K. People from all over the country, from 'superheros' to 'princesses', ran, jumped, and bounced their way through the course.

The insanity is almost here! The Insane Inflatable 5K is coming back to South Jersey, Saturday, August 27 at Glenn By the Bay Park in Galloway, with brand new INSANE inflatables.

With all of the good that technology brings there are also the downfalls. And by downfalls I literally mean people falling down. Have you ever seen someone attempt to text while walking or running? If not, check out a few of these hilarious texting fails.
