New Jersey has been cracking down on bars and restaurants that are violating Gov. Murphy's COVID-19 safety protocols.

The latest establishments to break  Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order are the Shamrock Cafe and Cattle 'n Clover according to the Press of Atlantic City. Both restaurants are located on Pacific Avenue in Wildwood.

The owners of both bars were charged with three counts and four counts respectively   of violating the directives of Gov. Murphy's executive order. Police received complaints from residents concerning social distancing at both establishments.

Wildwood Police, the Cape May County Prosecutors Office and the state Division of Alcohol Beverage Control all assisted in the investigation.
