We have done our share of Spirit Airlines bashing over the years, so its only right that we take a moment to applaud one good-spirited Spirit employee who put some fun in a flight delay for a group of South Jersey cheerleaders this week.

According to 6ABC Philadelphia, cheerleaders from the South Jersey Storm were on their way back to Atlantic City from a weekend competition in Myrtle Beach when their Spirit flight was delayed by 40 minutes in the terminal.

To pass the time, one of the coaches took out a speaker and put on some music and the girls started dancing.

That's when Spirit's Robert Dillon jumped in to action, busting his best line-dancing moves, much to the cheerleaders delight, as you can see on a Twitter video from cheerleader mom, Kristie Brown.

Dillon's little dance-along did not go unnoticed by his employers at Spirit Airlines, who posted this statement...

“At Spirit Airlines we strive for an excellent guest experience, while providing the best value in the sky. In this case, our agent Robert Dillon, went above and beyond to help pass the time of a weather delay and have a little fun with our guests," the spokesman said in a statement. "We salute Robert for his positive attitude and his awesome dance moves.”
