Somers Point’s Jordan Road School Celebrates Teacher of Month Award

We visited Jackie Wootton's class at Jordan Road School in Somers Point on Tuesday to bring a pizza party for winning Lite Rock’s Teacher of the Month award for March.

Jackie Wootton is the 6th grade math teacher at Jordan Road School.

Mrs. Wootton was nominated by the mother of her student Regan Stillman for her dedication to her students and for the extra time she spends to make sure the lesson is understood.

The students were welcoming and mature and it was a pleasure to spend time with them. They are fortunate to have an excellent teacher like Mrs. Wootton.

As our Lite Rock Teacher of the Month, Mrs. Wootton won a membership to Island Gym. Regan Stillman could be the winner of a $2000 scholarship from Lite Rock for putting in her nomination.
