Wearing droopy pants on the world famous Wildwood boardwalk will now set you back by $25. Wildwood officials have passed a law banning saggy pants on the boardwalk. No butts about it...

The Saggy Pants Law takes effect on July 2nd. Repeat violators of the law could be subject to fines as high as $200 and 40 hours of community service.

According to Mayor Ernest Troiano Jr. "This is just adding a little bit of decency to our town," he said. "It's amazing - and this is a pun - how far decency has fallen through the cracks".

Several residents strongly supported the law. Civil libertarians are saying the saggy pants law is unconstitutional and many  predict it will be overturned if challenged in court.
