Rucca is Sweet, Likes to Cuddle – Pet of the Week [VIDEO]

Every Thursday morning at 7:15am on the Lite Rock Morning Show, the Humane Society of Ocean City brings in the new Lite Rock Pet of the Week.

This week we met Rucca the dog...

Here is some information on Rucca from the Humane Society of Ocean City:

"Rucca is a super sweet 4 year old Staffordshire Mix. She came to the HSOC because her owner was unable to keep her at the place that he was staying.

She is well behaved and knows many basic commands. Rucca would love nothing more than to romp around and play in the yard and then come inside and get her cozy on.

She is that big dog who thinks she is small so she would most likely do best in a home without small children

Please help give Rucca her 2nd chance at the loving home that she deserves."

To adopt from the HSOC you will need one form of identification, which includes your name, permanent address and proof of ownership (i.e., localtax stub). If you rent, written approval from your landlord is required as well as personal identification.

They accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. Checks are accepted upon management’s approval. All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, microchip if requested, free first vet exam, and all necessary vaccinations through the first year. Adoption applications are available at the shelter.
