Last week, a $10,000 reward was offered for information about who was responsible for the murder of Arty Barrera, 24,  who was shot to death in his Egg Harbor Township home on Jan 2.

Wednesday, a Crime Stoppers Reward billboard was posted on Rt. 30 and New York Ave. leaving Atlantic City, a high-visibility location that attracts about 7,000 motorist views daily, according to a Facebook post from the D'amato Law firm representing the Barrera family.

Alexa D’Amato Barrera is an in-law of Arty's parents, Art and Marlene Barrera.

Arty Barrera, a graduate of Egg Harbor Township High School, was pronounced dead in his home on the 100 block of Vermont Avenue after police got a 911 call around 11:20 p.m. on Jan. 2, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement at the time. He had been shot several times.
