The economic ramifications continue to be felt across the retail and entertainment industry with more closings in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Regal Cinemas will temporarily close all U.S. movie theaters including 11 in New Jersey according to the website the Gothamist. There is no timetable on when  the movie chain will open again. The possibility exists the temporarily closings at Regal Cinemas could last into 2021.

The rescheduling of the potential blockbuster James Bond film No Time To Die to April 2021 was one of the final reasons to temporarily close all theaters.

The latest round of potential closings comes from the movie chain Regal Cinemas. According to reports from  NJ.com and Variety Cineworld could shutter all Regal Cinema theaters in the U.S. including 11 locations in New Jersey.

South Jersey locations include Burlington Township, Vineland, Turnersville and Mays Landing. Check back for more updates concerning Regal Cinemas.
