According to a Facebook post from Stafford Township Police, Officer Oler arrived at the Taco Bell on Rt 72 in Manahawkin Sunday to find a car on fire at the window of the drive-thru lane.

Realizing the burning car would create a risk of the building catching fire, Officer Oler pulled his patrol car up behind the car on fire and pushed the vehicle away from the building.

Apparently no one was injured in the fire, in large part due to Officer Oler's bravery.

There's no truth to the rumor that Taco Bell's Flamin' Hot Dorito Tacos had anything to do with the car fire.
