Pumpkins have a lot of beta-carotene, which means they are an excellent source of vitamin A. This vitamin is important because it supports the wellness of your eyes by helping your retinas absorb light and then process it properly. Healthy Weight

Pumpkins are loaded with fiber, a key component in weight loss since it helps to slow digestion. This, in turn, helps you feel full for longer after you get done eating. Bottom line, if you feel full, you won’t be as tempted to eat more calories to fill yourself.
